Can I stop using after 1 month of trial?
Yes, you decide when to end your subscription. You can cancel at any time.
Can I change my plan?
Upgrade your account anytime from client area – take effect immediately. Downgrade is possible by contacting support – this is due to the need of reducing number of satellite websites on your account or removing subaccounts created by you.
Can I order an plan with custom limits?
Write to us what you need. Together we will create an individual package for you.
Do you have an affiliate program?
We are still working on it. Give us your idea using this form.
Is the trial account really for $19/19EUR?
Yes. If you choose the monthly billing method we will only charge 19EUR/19USD for the first month. If you choose annual billing we will reduce the equivalent of one month from the total amount (summary: 3 months free: 1 month for trial and 2 months for annual payment).
What happens to the websites when I cancel the subscription?
The domains, articles or content (images, pdfs etc) are yours. You will receive authorization codes to transfer the domains – you can continue to maintain them with us without subscription. All other resources will be exported as structured files: read more.
What currency are your prices in?
Default prices are in EUR. You can also choose US Dollars as your billing currency. Change the currency by clicking on the switch above the pricing.
